There were three of us today for dinner. We were accompanied to the reserved table in a very attentive and friendly manner. Corona rules were complied with in an exemplary manner. Both the food and the wines as well as the service were excellent. The price / performance ratio is absolutely consistent. We can only thank you for the great evening.

We had a really wonderful evening here. Great food, excellent wines and a nice chat with Mr. Siben. We'd love to come back!

Wanted to reserve. Since nobody answered the phone I spoke on the answering machine. Since I was not called back, I assumed that the reservation was clear. Once there, nothing was reserved and you were quickly and cheekily handled by the waitress, no excuse, but you should know that it is usually fully booked here. But how am I supposed to know if nobody answers the phone or if one is not called back. If there is already a lack of service, I don't want to try the food anymore.

Reservations will not be answered or will be canceled. Then shrug on the spot. Not very professional these days.

Very delicious food and great, suitable wine, a wonderful ambience - just as you would like a "rounded" day. We recommend!

Simply the greatest courtyard and great food. We can only recommend carpaccio from Saumagen and fried black pudding on lentils. The Kaaspressknödel and the veal dumplings with chanterelles cannot be topped. We'll be back soon!

Nowhere else is it as cozy as here in the courtyard. Always fully booked, reserve early. The Palatinate food is delicious and the wines are excellent.

I am a bit surprised about the 1-star ratings regarding the lack of friendliness. We had made a reservation by phone and had to postpone the time again, both times the contact was more than friendly. The food itself is country house cuisine at a high level, including many Palatinate classics in a fine guise. We had the Maultaschen with chanterelles, the ox cheeks, the rump steak and the sorbet and were just as enthusiastic about the food as we were about the warm and quick service.

Very unfriendly lady on the phone who simply hung up in the middle of the conversation and did not answer the phone even after several attempts. If everyone here is so rude then thank you but no thank you.

UNFRIENDLY and inflexible - we had reserved and were there 20 minutes before. It was not possible to take the place. Instead, we were rudely expelled from the seat. Then rather next door to the competition.

I’ve been trying to get hold of this restaurant for two weeks in order to reserve a table. After multiple calls and emails there is still no response, very disappointing.

Unfortunately, after consultation with the owner, it was not possible to take the table 30 minutes before the reservation even though there was no soul on site. Disappointing and absolutely inflexible. Customer friendliness -5.

Super satisfied. We sat outside, not too warm, not too cold. A glass of 18 Pinot Gris, homemade veal dumplings on an asparagus ragout ... The plate was eaten empty. The wine great to eat Price / performance absolutely fine. The wine purchase in the best way. We come again, as always.

The menu of the restaurant is deliberately kept small. Nevertheless, there is a suitable dish for every taste. Selected starters, desserts and main courses. A large selection of our own wines is offered for eating - including various first layers. Unfortunately, our rump steak was a bit cool and also above the cooking point specified. The salads were great and the goat cheese for the pre-ape.

The food was excellent! There is a star deduction because the table we were sitting in was far too small for our group and there was no alternative. Proposal to the owners: Please put on a proper wardrobe! This "0815 IKEA" wardrobe next to the restrooms will not do your restaurant justice. It was saved in the wrong place.

Friendly and helpful owner to choose the right wine. Very delicious food and wine. We are looking forward to taste the wine we brought back with us home.

Very good Palatinate cuisine high level. Wines very tasty. In nice weather you can sit nicely in the courtyard. Nice service.

We had an incredibly delicious lunch here. We sat in the outdoor lighting of the restaurant which is located in the cozy inner courtyard of the winery. The tables are both aesthetically beautiful and stylishly set. We had ordered the pork chops, the rump steak and the ravioli. All three dishes were cooked just right. The chop was breaded crispy on the outside and nice and juicy on the inside. The steak would also be served perfectly medium. The generously portioned side salads were delicious too. We had also ordered a great wine which of course was also very good. On the whole we enjoyed it very much and I can only recommend it. Price-performance ratio is right! Would recommend to reserve in advance.
